I work with a large web hosting environment wth thousands of SQL customers.
I am testing thi2005 my little admin product and have some issues. I cant seem to do things like add a db or table for example from the GUI. I can , however run t-sql from the web gui and perform these actions.
Customers will want to just click buttons and some have no clue on t-sql. How do I get this to work without having to use t-sql and what are ways to lock down what an individual suer can do?
I have already removed visibility of the system dbs by editing the XML files.

also further data:
If I go to a table for example and click on it, the only options I have are opne tables, properties, view dependencies, and details. All of the other actions like modify , new table , delete and all others are greyed out.
I suspected permissions issue, but why could I do this with T-SQL via the tools navbar section in the web gui??

by the way I am using the trial version, so is there some kind of limitation in this version. I get the same no mater what db server I connect to?

Hi It's just than you are running the Free Lite Edition. In order to test the full edition, register on http://www.mylittleadmin.com to get a 14-day trial license. You will then receive a license file by email. Copy this file in your install folder. All the features will then be available. Regards
