hi,

i am running mssql 2005 and have used the myLittleAdmin that comes with the plesk.

below is my stats:

Plesk 8.6 for windows
MS Server 2003

the main problem i have with myLittleAdmin is that when i try to login with Windows Authentication, IT WORKS! it is able to see even more then the SA account.

is there a possibility that i can deny logging in as Windows Authentication?

thanks!

Hi

If you can log in using Windows Authentication, then it means that an account for the ASP.NET user (or the impersonated user) has been created in MS SQL. This should not be the case.

In order to disable Windows Authentication in myLittleAdmin, edit your config.xml file (located in myLittleAdmin install folder) and in the myLittleAdmin\connection\authentications node, remove the line
Code:
<authentication value="windows" name="lWindowAuthentication" localization="true" />
