Netfirm is offering myLittleBackup.
So you just need to prepare a backup of your database (the one on your development server) then log into myLittleBackup, upload your backup file and restore it.

1. Log into myLittleBackup (the one provided by NetFirms)
2. Click on the Restore icon (in the left side, under the Tools section)
3. Select the database you want to restore
4. Check the provided info and click the Ok button
5. Click on the upload button and choose the backup file you made (on your local machine).
6. Click the Ok button, and wait until the end of the upload
7. Select the backup file you just upload in the list and click the Ok button
8. Click on the Restore button and wait until the end of the process
9. Done!

1. While connected in myLittleBackup, open the Connection section and click on the Connection Info icon.
2. Click on Connection tab, the connection string used by myLittleBackup is written.
