I recently upgraded from visual studio 2008 to visual studio 2010. I also upgraded MyLittleWriter to (2.0.29xxx). Now i'm getting this error:
Could not find any resources appropriate for the specified culture or the neutral culture. Make sure "MyLittleWriter.resources" was correctly embedded or linked into assembly "myLittleWriter" at compile time, or that all the satellite assemblies required are loadable and fully signed.

Hi
I had the same problem when i was going to open another form within a form.
Although i had the right resources, still getting your error type.
I solved this problem by just inserting a tool (i added picturbox) on the form and then runt the application and after that deleted the added tool that i didnt need it.
now it works fine.
