I created a database and a user. When I open the tables pages, there's no way to create a table. The user I created appears to have a default role which I cannot change. I submitted a query CREATE TABLE via the query window, and that created the table, but I was expecting to see buttons and forms that would allow for the creation and maintenance of tables, views, etc.

Which version are you running?
