import DB records in MS SQL using import script file (.sql)

Recently I do the web server migration, and want to restore the MS SQL DB, my old hosting company helped to backup my DB and told me I could restore by:

"import records into MS SQL database by using our import script file - WebsiteMigration.sql"

How can I do so in myLittleAdmin ?

I tried to restore DB in Restore Wizard but fail.

If you have a .sql backup, go to the New Query Tool, open your WebsiteMigration.sql file and click the Execute button.
