Where is the Backup Wizard

Hi I got connection via MochaHost and I can see my MS SQL database. But what I cannot see is the backup and restore wizard. Without them, I will not be able to "import" all my tables and stored procedures. How can I use the restore wizard to transfer from my develop machine to this web space? Any help appreciated.

Check with your webhoster (mochahost) if they provide myLittleBackup (http://www.mylittlebackup.com) This is the best and only solution to easily "install" a database from your local machine to their shared MS SQL server
