csv import in french language

Hi!
I am new in MyLittleAdmin. I'm using it through a hosting company in France.
The problems :
1 - The csv import works, but all the "e" with "accents" - é,è ê - or a - à - are not imported.
The language is set to French.
2 - All records in a csv file are not imported. Some are not imported.
Thanks a lot for helping me to find solutions.

Check that your CSV file is well in UTF-8 (and not ANSI) format.
