Import files into a new install database

I am very new.

I followed these MochaHost KB steps to create a new My Sql Database which worked OK.

But I cannot import any files into it. What is it asking for when it says a "text file" ?

1. If you have a MySQL database
2. Click Query window in the left frame, click the Import files tab
3. Select the text file that contains the data and click Go
4. Click the Insert data from a text file link

Are they talking about a TEXT file or the phpBB 3.0.x zipped file ?

Hi - myLittleAdmin is for MS SQL database. If you have a mySQL database, then you must use phpMyAdmin.
About the text file you're talking about, I guess it is a SQL dump of your database.

This did not work. Where can I read the beginner's guide?
If you have a MS SQL database:

Click the name of your database in the left frame
Click Query (the magnifying glass button)
Copy the text of your script into the text area and click Run Query.
