How do i create new tables in mylittledadmin. the option does not seem to be able. After clicking the "tables" link i can't find any option for creating a new table

While on the table list page, click on the "New"  icon located in the right side of the "title" bar. Note this feature is available in the commercial version but not in the free lite edition.

thanks. my web hosts support the free version not the commercial. how then do i create a table?

There is no GUI to create table in the free lite edition.
You can execute the CREATE TABLE T-SQL statement in the Query Analyser Tool.
