I am using myLittleBackup 1.6a Release 0043 for SQL Server 2008.

I need to know if it is possible to back up a DB excluding 1 Table?

myLittleBackup generates real Microsoft SQL Server backup files. Thus, it is quite impossible to backup a set of objects only.

No. As said before, this is a backup file, not a dump file as provided by phpMyAdmin for mySQL
