Is it possible to restore a database backup to my local SQL SERVER 2005, using Enterprise Manager?

Yes of course.
myLittleAdmin uses the standard T-SQL command to create backups, which means that these files are fully compatible with all stantard SQL Server tools including Enterprise Manager.
