It means you did not install your installation folder as a web application.
Solution:
1. Open your IIS console.
2. Right Click on the myLittleAdmin virtual directory
3. Select Properties
4. Click on "Create" next to the "Application" Label and the textbox.
If you installed myLittleAdmin on a webhosting account, then you must use your webhoster control panel (Helm, Plesk, etc...) to do that.
