Hi,

In the environment of Plesk 8.6, I am annoyed by the problem of the subject.

First of all, it takes time long though the user data base tree is expanded after log in. "Retrieving data." is displayed for a long time.

Next, when the data base of the object is clicked, "URL that was requested does not exist" is displayed. Why is this? Askdb value of config.xml is true.

When the application pool is reactivated, I think this problem to be repaired.

Because the inquiry is frequently received from the user, I am embarrassed very much. Please teach a fundamental solution.

Are you login from myLittleAdmin login page ? Or are you using silent login from Plesk ?

1. From myLittleAdmin login page:
Be sure that your customers specifies the name of the db to administer. Then expanding the true should not exceed a couple of seconds.

2. Silent login from Plesk :
It can happen if Plesk does not send the db name value to myLittleAdmin's silent login module. Unfortunately, the only solution here is to contact Plesk support service.

Hi elian,

Thank you for your quickly reply!
Yes, I use silent login from Plesk. I understood that this was a problem caused by Plesk.

I will evade this problem by using myLittleAdmin login page. Thanks a lot!!
