Can not send email to myLittleTools

Have been trying to email support since last November but emails just seem to be rejected:-

Failed Recipient: support[at]mylittletools.net
Reason: Remote host said: 601 Attempted to send the message to the following ip's:
xxx.xxx.xx.xx

Do you have another email address other than support[at]mylittletools.net that will accept emails?
